Official Promotion Rules

Promotion qualification period: May 1 through October 31, 2012

You have six months to qualify for two free tickets, as outlined in the Official Promotion Rules below:

1. You must register for this promotion on the Life’s Abundance web site. However, you do not need to have a Replicator site to register. One registration per Field Representative. To register, simply click on the “2013 Convention at Sea” link located in the “My Account” section of the web site and follow the instructions. If you do not register, you will not be eligible to qualify for free tickets. Please note that registration for this promotion constitutes your agreement to these Official Promotion Rules.

2. You must be a legal U.S. resident 18 years of age or older at the time of registration. Those who qualify and accept free tickets for this cruise that are under the age of 21 years on embarkation day must be accompanied in the same cabin by a parent or guardian 25 years or older.

3. Qualifications for this promotion are based on your ability to acquire new customers and personally-sponsored Field Representatives within this promotion period. A duplicate account for an existing customer or a new customer within the same household will not count as a new customer for this promotion.

4. The Personal Sales from your new customers and your personally-sponsored Field Representatives that you acquire during this promotion qualification period will be accumulated. The cumulative amount will be called your “Contest PS”.

5. At the conclusion of this promotion, we will award 75 cruises for two to the registered Field Representatives with the 75 highest “Contest PS” amounts.

6. All qualified Field Representatives will be notified by phone and/or email and each one is required to respond to the phone call or email by the end of the business day on November 9, 2012 as to whether he/she accepts the free tickets or not. If a Field Representative does not respond to our phone call or email by November 9, 2012, he/she will forfeit the free tickets. Also, if a Field Representative qualifies and accepts free tickets and cannot attend, he/she will forfeit the free tickets. Free tickets are non-transferable.

7. Cabins awarded are inside rooms.

8. Port charges, government fees and gratuities are included in the trip for two. If you qualify for free tickets and wish to bring more than one guest to stay in the same cabin, there will be an additional cost, which varies by the class of cabin and is subject to availability.

9. Field Representatives who qualify and accept free tickets are responsible for any tax liability.

10. Field Representatives and guests who participate in this Convention Cruise give Life’s Abundance full rights and permission to use their names, characters, photographs and likenesses in connection with this and other promotions and waive any claims to royalty, right or remuneration for such use.

11. If for any reason this event cannot go on as scheduled, Life’s Abundance will reschedule a similar event as soon as possible. Under these circumstances, Life’s Abundance shall have no further liability for damages or compensation of any kind beyond rescheduling a similar event.

12. Life’s Abundance shall have no liability for damages or compensation regarding errors, fraud or malfunction as it relates to this promotion.

13. If any provision(s) of these Official Promotion Rules are held to be invalid or unenforceable, all remaining provisions hereof will remain in full force and effect.

14. This promotion is void where prohibited by law.

15. All decisions are final.
